• Jim is a Northwest Arkansas native. He was born in Bentonville and graduated from Bentonville High School. Jim & his lovely wife, Kristy, reside just across the line in Missouri. Kristy is a Physical Therapist at Trinity Rehab Clinic in Bella Vista.

• Jim currently has an AR & MO real estate license. A Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) to provide homeowners a better understanding of the complex issues in today's turbulent real estate industry and knowledge of foreclosure avoidance options. CDPE's can provide solutions, ie short sales, for those like you facing market hardships.
• Servicing Benton & Washington Counties in Arkansas and McDonald & Barry Counties in Missouri.
• He specializes in resale homes, farms, commercial, and development/recreational land in Bentonville, Rogers, Pea Ridge, Centerton, Bella Vista, Lowell, Springdale, Fayetteville, and all Southwest Missouri.

'Real' beginning-How I got into real estate?

• Short version by the way...Met Kristy in Arpil 2005 and was an Area Manager at a Wal-Mart Regional Distribution Center in Bentonville working nights. Decided change was needed for several reasons in Fall 2005. I turned my notice in mid Nov 2005, (really interesting weekend so hold on) my last day was the second Friday in December, got engaged Saturday, got a loan (just built a house and Kristy for some reason expected a ring), and started Real Estate Monday.

Interests/Hobbies:

• Time with and away from family
• Bull archery hunt out West in September
• The sunrise on a road bike
• Reeling in billfish in the Sea of Cortez
• Reading when I take the time
