Not many people can call Northwest Arkansas home. Coty grew up in Bentonville and graduated from Bentonville High as a proud Bentonville Tiger. She later graduated from John Brown University with her Bachelor's Degree. While attending college, she planted my roots in the Walmart Vendor Community, her roles scaled from Sales Analyst to Business Development Manager to Director of E-Commerce Operations. This is where she honed her skills in sales and negotiation. If there is one thing you are sure to learn working with Walmart, she learned to fully listen to her customer! After 20 years working on the Walmart Account, she decided to feed her passion of real estate.
When Coty is not at work, she stays busy at home. Her twin boys play football for Pea Ridge. Go Black Hawks! She also enjoy tending to their little hobby farm. Many people say she lives at a zoo: Longhorn Cattle, Kinder Goats, and Chickens, oh my!
